The Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulation 1997, which is the
implementation of the Database Directive (96/9/EC), came into force on
1 January 1998.
Tomorrow the text will be published and a copy may be purchased from The
Stationery Office Limited (fax: +0044-171-8311326). Please quote the
