Registration procedure varies from country to country.

- NGO participants from Finland and Norway register to the Forum Secretariat in Finland.
- All other NGO participants register to the national focal point of their country.
- Those participants who do not represent NGOs send their registrations to the Forum Secretariat in Finland.
