INSTRUCTIONS for Norwegian participants

Please send the registration form to the Forum Secretariat in Finland - Russia Society by 15 April 2003.

Registration fees:

Registration fee 100 Euros includes the Forum programme, meals and accommodation in a double room for 3 nights
Extra fee for single room: 35 Euros / night

Reduced registration fee 90 Euros for those staying in a double room with an extra bed (3 people / room).
3 nights included in the registration fee.

Registration fee 50 Euros includes the Forum programme and meals.

Registration fee and possible extra fees for accommodation have to be paid to the account of the Secretariat before the rooms can be booked, latest on 15 April 2003.

When you pay the fee, make sure that there will be no expenses to the receiver (e.g. for currency exchange).
