Please send the registration form to the Forum Secretariat in Finland - Russia Society by 15 April 2003.

Accommodation is in Congress and Spa Hotel Caribia, Kongressikatu 1, 20540 TURKU (tel. 02-65 11 11).

Registration fees:

Registration fee 150 Euros includes the Forum programme and meals.

Extra fees for accommodation in Hotel Caribia:
Double room: 35 € / night / person
Single room: 70 € / night
De Luxe room: 130 € / night
Caribia Suite: 180 € / night

Registration fee and extra fees for accommodation have to be paid to the account of the Secretariat before the rooms can be booked, latest on 15 April 2003.

When you pay the fee, make sure that there will be no expenses to the receiver (e.g. for currency exchange).
