Dear colleagues

I have produced some guidance on this in an information leaflet. I will
be pleased to send out copies. It should also be on the LA's web site in
a few days (http://www.la-hq.org.uk/).

I would like feedback from my colleagues in the UK especially on the
effects of the changes to the law on fair dealing for commercial
research as it applies to copying from databases.

Sandy
