Dear list members,
The first annual project review for the ECUP+ Concerted Action took
place on 3 October 1997 in Luxembourg. Besides ECUP+ also HARMONICA,
PUBLICA, CAMILE and COBRA+ were reviewed.
The reviewers were impressed with the work done so far under the ECUP+
Concerted Action. The ECUP Steering Group will continue its activities
in trying to reach consensus in specific areas with rightsowners, draft
guidelines in setting up licensing consortia, publish a copyright manual
and to draft national legislative recommendations.
