Dear list members,
COPEARMS, the Co-Ordinating Project for Electronic Authors' Rights
Management Systems, has just announced that they are planning to organise
an International Conference on Electronic Copyright Management Systems
(ECMS) on 14 November 1997 in London. The organisers are aiming to
promote at the Conference the interoperable ECMS concept, but will also
include leading players who will share their experiences in all aspects
of ECMS development.
