Dear list members,

Moral Rights and Authors' Rights - The keys to The Information Age, is
the title of an article written by Mike Holderness. It was published in
the first edition of JILT 1998. It covers issues like:

* What are moral rights for?
* The Legal Framework (UK, USA and Japan)
* Two possible multimedia futures

The article can be found at:
http://elj.warwick.ac.uk/jilt/infosoc/98_1hold/

While browsing the internet for more resources on moral rights, I came
across the Web-site of the Creators' Copyright Coalition.

Anybody who is interested to know the differences between copyright and
authors' rights should have a look. Furthermore it includes a lot of
useful information on issues connected to copyright and moral rights.

The web-site can be found at:

Kind regards,
Emanuella Giavarra
