Conference language is German and English (no translation of papers held in
German will be provided), and the costs are DM 30.
This workshop will give an overview of national and international
developments in copyright. In particular, the German and the British
copyright laws will be described with the help of examples, as will
developments on the European and international level. The main emphasis
will be on developments in the area of electronic copyright. A concluding
panel discussion with the invited experts will provide the opportunity for
a question and answer session.
This workshop takes place in close co-operation with EBLIDA and its
European concerted action, ECUP (European Copyright User Platform) and will
also provide information about their role in European and international
negotiations in the field of copyright.
