Sui generis rights make life difficult for users. Why can't
expressions of folklore be covered by existing rights in photographs,
phonograms and performances? A multiplicity of sui generis
rights will lead to difficulties of compliance and enforcement and
might even lead to disrepect for copyright and related rights which
are complicated enough already. - Toby
