Dear list members,

In the US six library organisations got together during the last months
and drafted 'Principles for Licensing Electronic Resources'. At
http://arl.cni.org/scomm/licensing/principles.html you can find the
latest draft of 25 June 1997. The document is at the moment under review
by the sponsoring organisations. Comments are welcomed from third
parties.
