Dear list members,
EBLIDA reports in the latest issue of the EBLIDA "Hot News" that the
European Parliament has recently aproved the Green Paper concerning the
legal protection of encrypted services within the internal market. The
European Parliament calls now for the European Commission to draft a
Directive for guaranteeing the protection of coded transmission systems
as well as copyright and related rights linked to such services.
