The ECUP Report on the outcomes of the meetings in 1996 with the rights
owners can be found on the ECUP Web-site under ECUP-info - Documents

In this report you will find the reactions of authors, publishers,
collecting societies and subscription agents to the ECUP Position on
User Rights in Electronic Publications and the matrices. Also two
seperate documents can be found at the same location containing
the lists of participants. The report was sent to the European
Commission on 8 January 1997.
