Dear CELIP colleagues,

This is an update on the CELIP advance payments.

In total, we have received 8 of the 10 subcontracts. Payments have
been made out to the following countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia,
Lithuania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. The payments to Hungary and
Romania are currently being processed. We are still waiting on the
Czech Republic and Poland to send us their subcontracts.
