Dear CELIP Steering Group members,
After a hectic few months lobbying in Brussels and Strasbourg,
and a successful outcome for libraries for the EU copyright vote
last week, I am now able to return to other tasks!
This is to let you know that I have checked the revised version of
the CELIP sub-contract and prepared the documents, which will be
sent to you by Yong-Gi on Thursday. You will receive two originals.
Please have the authorised person from your library association
sign both copies of the sub-contract and return on copy to EBLIDA,
as instructed. As soon as I receive this, I will transfer the advance
payment.
To simplify the finance later, we have decided to increase the
advance payment to 1800 Euro, 40% of the total budget allocation.
I hope this compensates for the delay in preparing the sub-
contract.
There are two exceptions to the above. Anna Maulina's sub-
contract will be sent already tomorrow (21 Feb) and Romania's
will be sent as soon as we receive the correct bank details for the
organisation.
