Dear list members,

The third IMPRIMATUR Consensus Forum took place on 30-31 October 1997 in
Amsterdam. The title of this Forum was "Right, Limitations & Exceptions:
Striking a Proper Balance".

One of the highlights of this Forum was the paper by Dr Bernt Hugenholtz
on "Fierce Creatures, Copyright Exemptions: Towards Extinction?".
