Dear list members,
Members of the French discussion list Biblio.fr are planning to meet
each other in Caen to discuss library issues connecting to the internet
and electronic publishing on 3-6 April 1998. Most of the participating
librarians have only emailed each other. The reason for meeting is to
enhance co-operation on issues of copyright and licensing.
