SLA is very appreciative of EBLIDA's efforts to represent the
membership on this very important issue. I think I can speak for
the entire library community when I say that the idea of proposing a
sui generis protection for databases is like proposing a solution
that's in search of a problem.

Keep up the good work, and let us know if there is anything we
can do.
