Dear list members,

The second International Conference on Author's Lending Right will be
held in Copenhagen on 8-10 September 1997.

The provisional programme includes issues like:

* Public Lending Right as cultural policy
* Approaches to Public Lending Right - the relationship to copyright
* Public Lending Right and "new media"
* Public Lending Right and educational lending rights

The conference fee is DKr 2000 which includes all participation in the
conference, lunch and coffee/tea, drinks reception, study tours and
conference papers, etc.
